Practice Areas: - Commercial Litigation - Insolvency Michael was admitted in 1997 and joined Nash O’Neill Tomko Lawyers/NOT Lawyers (now O’Neill Partners) in March 2008. His practice emphasises the practical and commercial resolution of ongoing disputes, and related advice to clients. Michael has experience in commercial, property and banking and finance recovery claims, and insolvency matters, including issues dealing with administrations, receiverships and liquidations. Michael completed his Masters of Laws at Sydney University in 2007, where he specialised in the areas of insolvency and commercial litigation. |
